My name is Bob Goulais. My handle on the internet is "Anishinawbe". This is the sacred name of our Ojibway, Odawa, and
Pottawatomi Nations. We are the Confederacy of the Three Fires. I am from the Nipissing First Nation, which is located on the north shore of Lake Nipissing between West Nipissing and North Bay,
Ontario.
I am a member of the Three Fires Midewiwin Lodge, the original spiritual movement of the Anishinabek people.
I am currently employed as Executive Assistant to the Grand Council Chief, and Chief-of-Staff for the Anishinabek Nation political office. The Union of Ontario Indians is a Political Territorial Organization (PTO) that represents
42 First Nations across Ontario.
